What happens when you visit?
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website through Cloudflare Workers with static assets. The website consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following information for each request:
- IP address.
- Date and time of the request.
- Requested URL.
- Browser user agent.
- Referrer URL, if the browser sends it.
- Country derived from the IP address.
This processing delivers the website, protects it against attacks and abuse, including DDoS attacks, and enables country-based language selection on the start page. The legal basis for delivery and security is legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): providing an accessible website and protecting it from misuse.
The website's Worker does not write request logs; Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data under its own terms. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Pages load no third-party resources or embedded content.
Cookies and browser storage
The website's own scripts set no cookies. They use the following sessionStorage entries to remember dismissed interface elements. Cloudflare may separately set strictly necessary security cookies in the circumstances shown below.

Contacting SmgTev by email
Contact is by email; there is no contact form. Messages sent to tevezmc32@gmail.com are handled through Gmail, provided by Google LLC. Your email address and the information you send are processed to answer your enquiry and handle related follow-up.
Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where necessary for a contract or steps requested before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Partner links
Some pages contain partner links, marked as such. Clicking one takes you to the partner's website and passes campaign parameters identifying the site, page and placement. This website does not pass your personal data through those parameters. The partner's own privacy policy applies at the destination.
Processing outside the EEA
The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area. Hosting and email processing by Cloudflare and Google LLC may also involve processing outside the EEA.

How long information is kept
The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; SmgTev has not set a fixed deletion period. Cloudflare processes hosting request data under its own terms. Browser-storage lifetimes are described above.
Your data protection rights
Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions, Articles 15–21 provide rights to:
- Access your personal data and obtain information about its processing.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request erasure or restriction of processing.
- Receive data in a portable format where applicable.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to tevezmc32@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
